A New World

Months after they had successfully defended Corrinth against the invasion, peace was reestablished throughout the land as all the warriors went their separate paths.

Roman realized the life of a commander was not for him. The work was too serious for him and never really fit his personality. He gave up his uniform and pursued a life on the stage, as a comedian.

Former private Ajay was recognized for his bravery and unorthodox battle strategies. He became a Captain of the Army in Colony Five and when he wasn’t supervising his soldiers, he would find time to train and hang out with Niall.

Bio Engineer Anusha and her assistant Kaviya continued their researching and experimenting ways. In fact, they were the lead developers in creating a defense system for Colony Five and the City of Corrinth. The system came with an A.I. voice control assistant, whom the two scientists named after Siri for her valor in saving everyone’s lives.

After being a loyal guard, Viraaj was released by the queen from his duty. She wanted him to be free to explore the world. Viraaj obeyed and began his adventure by meeting up with Jovin and his companion Rocky in the Sahana Desert.

Shaan was reunited with his older brother and after spending some time catching up, Shaan realized that he had more adventure in him. He too went to the Sahana Desert where he found both Jovin and Viraaj. Together, the three of them set off on a brand new journey.

With the invasion over, the Amazons began rebuilding their tribe. Addyson and Sonia set off together to find and train new warriors to recruit. Two of them were Anahat and Summer, who were grateful for the people who saved them and took the responsibility to train and become the next generation of Amazon warriors.

While Addyson and Sonia were on the move, Priya stayed at their original home tribe location to lead and protect the group there. However, she would never be lonely as she became friends with Queen Samiya and the rest of her group.

Speaking of the Queen, Samiya continued her rule in Corrinth. She received help from her inner circle of Mya, Anaya, and Atana. Although Atana had to be bribed with candy, she still kept her end of the bargain and remained loyal to the Queen. Mya was now the queen’s first hand advisor and most trusted friend. Anaya began to speak up and showed the world her hidden artistic talents. Of course, no harm ever came upon the queen as imperial guard Paco was in charge of Corrinth’s army.

After recovering both his sisters, Roop gave up the adventuring life. He spent his time in colony five to help his sister, Rubin and Anup to readjust to daily life. In addition, he also mentored and assisted others who were struggling to cope after the events of the invasion.

Then there was Niall, who after saving his sister, Isabelle, continued on with his life. He trained and honed his skills and he was back to his old hyper and less serious self. Of course, he would also rub it in his sister’s face by reminding her how he saved her life, every chance he got. It drove her absolutely crazy and Niall would always end up with a few bruises but he thought it was always worth it.

Not too far from Colony Five was David sitting at a river. “The world is safe and protected, if only he (Rice) was here to see this.” David said. “You know, I have a feeling he knows and that he is still around somewhere.” Siri replied. “What? How in the world do you know that?” David asked. “It is a lady’s sixth sense thing, you won’t get it.”

David took a pause before speaking again, “Hey Siri, thanks for everything.” She was caught off guard, “What? This is a surprise! Well, I didn’t do it all. Thanks for being patient and listening to me!” David smiled, “Sorry that we never found a way to get you back to normal.” Siri replied, “Oh well, I’m used to this now. Gotta deal with what life gives you right?”

As they were talking, Kaviya approached David. After exchanging pleasantries, Kaviya explained why she came, “David, I have news from Anusha that she might have found a way to give Siri her own body.” David was listening attentively and was Siri. “The process is still far from complete, we will need to run tests with you and Siri and it could be a bit risky.”

David took a moment to discuss with Siri. “So? What do you think?” he asked. “What do you mean? This is an opportunity of a lifetime! I can get my own body again! Let’s go!” She said fully excited. “So much for dealing with what life gives you.” David said jokingly.

Kaviya turned around to lead the way back to the laboratory. David followed her but before he took another step, he sensed a familiar presence behind him and turned around. However, when he looked there was no one there. He looked up into the sky, gave a smile and followed Kaviya back to the lab in Colony Five.
