Pokemon Rebellion

Onward (5 months later)

Things began to look up after that day. Pokemon were no longer seen as a threat to the city so the boundaries between the city and the forest had been broken. People and pokemon were once again getting along with one another just as it was intended to be. Pokemon began to roam the world again interacting with people as friends or battle companions. Pidgeys and Butterfrees took to the skys, Lapras and Mudkips swam in the seas, and Bulbasaurs, Charmanders and Chimchars roamed the forest.

With the threat of pokemon gone, the ‘Relevant’ disbanded with every member moving towards different endeavors. General Corrin donated all resources to help rebuild the city and help the villages in the forest find their footing again. His friend made a full recovery and was able to live a normal life as well.

Chieftain Gunraj along with Neha continued to live in Valor Village keeping the children safe with the help of Duncan, Gurshaan and Jovan. They also received much assistance from the people in the city in helping them rebuild. Life had returned back to the forest and it was more vibrant than ever.

It was a Saturday late afternoon as Armaan wandered around the city with his partner Greninja. He could see Reevmrak and Aynat sharing stories with an audience about their incredible battle with Deoxys and how they played a huge role in saving everyone’s lives. As he continued walking he was interrupted by a caped crusader, none other than Big Z! “It is I, BIG Z, and I challenge you Armaan to a pokemon…” as he was about to finish they both heard a cry for help. Zaid quickly rushed towards the person in distress. “Don’t you worry, I’ll be back Armaan!” he yelled running away. Eventually he arrived at the gate of the city where he expected to see Chloe and Da-Wei. They reminisce about their adventures together before getting to the main topic.

Armaan: So you guys made up your mind?

Da-Wei: Yup, we don’t know where they are exactly but at least we have a lead.

Chloe: We are going on another adventure!

Armaan: Well I just wanted to say it was great meeting the both of you and I’m sure our paths will cross again someday

Da-Wei: Take care of the city while we are gone.

Chloe: Funny, I feel like we have done this before…

(Da-Wei and Chloe turn to leave the city)

Armaan: Hey, I hope you find them.

The sun was beginning to set as the heroes parted their separate ways. As Armaan was about to head about into the city, he noticed a noise up on the rooftops and saw the silhouette of someone he thought he recognized. Him and Greninja headed up to the upper levels to find a very familiar face, Aumber and her Absol.

Aumber: So what is the hero of the city going to do now?

Armaan: Continue living life, I guess? What are you going to do?

Aumber: Well I still have many fighting techniques I haven’t learned yet so I will head out into the world and see what else I can pick up.

Armaan: That’s awesome. I wish you all the best.

(As Aumber hopped onto Absol and was about to leave)

Armaan: Oh and Aumber, thanks for you know, everything. You really are a nice person.

Aumber: Like I said, I did it to learn more about the battle bond technique for myself. But you are welcome. Oh and also, you might want to visit Loretta’s antique shop again. Tell her the Night Rider sent you.

They made their way to Loretta’s old antique shop where they were met by Loretta once again. She asked if she could help them with anything and Armaan replied that the Night Rider had sent for him and Greninja to be here. Loretta kindly asked them to follow her to the back where she pressed a button, opening another hidden doorway for them to enter. Armaan and Greninja went in the following path until they were in a lab of some sort. Moments after they had arrived they were met with an elderly man in a white lab coat.

“Greetings my name is Professor Mike and I will be here to assist you on your pokemon journey. You are probably looking to challenge the best of the best. If that is the case, you will first need to take on several gym leaders before testing your skills against the elite four. However, before you start, you need a starting pokemon. You are free to choose one of the three I have here, who will you choose?”

Armaan took some time to process everything the professor had said. Instead of looking at the three pokeballs that were displayed by Professor Mike, he turned to Greninja. They both nodded their heads already knowing what they were both thinking. “Alright, I made my choice, I choose you, Greninja!”

“Excellent, now let me hand you your pokedex and your pokemon journey begins…”
